產(chǎn)品活性：Leupeptin hemisulfate 是一種廣譜的、具有細(xì)胞膜滲透性的蛋白酶抑制劑。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 能有效抑制絲氨酸、半胱氨酸和蘇氨酸蛋白酶。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 能抑制 Mpro (SARS-CoV-2 的主要蛋白酶)，還具有抗炎活性。

體外：Leupeptin hemisulfate (0.06-200 µM; 72 h) 顯著抑制 Vero 細(xì)胞中 SARS-CoV-2 病毒 RNA (vRNA) 的拷貝數(shù)[1]。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 抑制 Vero 細(xì)胞中 SARS-CoV-2 的 RNA 水平，EC50 值為 42.34 µM[1]。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 對 Mpro 有一定的抑制活性，其 IC50 值為127.2 µM[1]。 Leupeptin hemisulfate 對人類冠狀病毒 229E 株的 IC50 值為 0.4 µg/mL (約 1 µM)[1]。 MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準(zhǔn)確性。僅供參考。
