一、適用范圍及功能

主要適用于固體絕緣材料（如：塑料、橡膠、層壓材料、薄膜、樹(shù)脂、云母、陶瓷、玻璃、絕緣漆等絕緣材料及絕緣件）在工頻電壓或直流電壓下?lián)舸?qiáng)度和耐電壓的測(cè)試。

由電腦控制，是我公司自主研發(fā)的全新第三代介電擊穿檢測(cè)儀器，電子控制系統(tǒng)是通過(guò)西門(mén)子PLC控制，數(shù)據(jù)采集方式通過(guò)光電隔離，有效解決試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的抗干擾問(wèn)題，軟件操作使用方便，能夠?qū)崟r(shí)顯示動(dòng)態(tài)曲線，同時(shí)升壓速率無(wú)級(jí)可調(diào)，可以根據(jù)自己的需要進(jìn)行升壓速率調(diào)節(jié)，調(diào)節(jié)范圍在100V-3000V/S，使升壓速率真正做到勻速、準(zhǔn)確，并能夠準(zhǔn)確測(cè)出漏電電流的數(shù)據(jù)。可實(shí)時(shí)繪制試驗(yàn)曲線，顯示試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)，判斷準(zhǔn)確，并可保存，分析，打印試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)。
