試驗的矩形試件尺寸（150±1）mm×（25±1）mm,試件從試樣寬度方向上均勻的裁取,長邊在卷材的縱向，試件裁取時應距邊緣不少于150mm,試件應從卷材的一邊開始做連續(xù)的記號，同時標記卷材的上表面和下表面。

去除表面的任何保護膜，適宜的方法是常溫下用膠帶粘在上面，冷卻到接近假設的冷彎溫度，然后從試件上撕去膠帶，另一方法是用壓縮空氣吹[壓力約0。5Mpa(5bar),噴嘴直徑約0。5mm]，假若上面的方法不能除去保護膜，用火焰烤，用zui少的時間破壞膜而不損傷試件。

試件試驗前應在（23±2）℃平板上放置至少4h,并且相互之間不能接觸，也不能粘在板上。可以用硅紙墊，表面的松散顆粒用手輕輕敲打除去。
