The Ambion® mirVana™ miRNA Isolation Kit uses a rapid procedure to isolate small RNAsfrom tissue and cells using an efficient glass fiber filter （GFF）–basedmethod. The method isolates total RNA ranging in size from kilobasesdown to 10mers. Each kit contains sufficient reagents for up to 40 purifications.
