鈣離子熒光染料 Indo-1
Indo-1是一種紫外光激發的熒光鈣離子探針，可被常用的氬離子激光發生器在351-356nm波長范圍內激發，探針的zui大發射波長從475nm（未結合鈣離子時）遷移到400nm（鈣離子飽和時），因此可使用兩種波長的熒光強度比率法測定鈣離子濃度。與Fura-2一樣，比率法避免了不均勻染色，細胞或組織厚度和光致退色的相關問題。Indo-1已經在流式細胞研究中廣泛使用。
